A Core Country Group has been established in each country as an inclusive organization of stakeholders from the energy efficiency practitioner and financial communities, and the government, which is coordinated by a Secretariat. The members of the Country Groups are primarily from the private, corporate and NGO sectors and are not controlled by any one agency. More information on members is provided at Partners and Contact pages. This project provided resources to the
Core Country Groups enabling them to work together on the most pressing
operational issues for the benefit of the broader efficiency and financial
communities. While the Core Group is primarily non-governmental, interested
government officials serve in an advisory fashion.
